Routine Appointments

• Phone – 01902 446688. Monday to Friday, 8am to 6:30pm.

• Visiting the surgery and speak with a receptionist We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6:30pm.

• Using the NHS App to book an appointment.

Patients will receive confirmation via text of the booking as well as a reminder close to the day of the appointment.

Telephone Appointments

If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse rather than attend an appointment, please ask for a telephone consultation.

These requests are allocated as an appointment within the surgery and are for one patient with one query.

If the GP feels you need to be seen following a Telephone appointment, you will be invited to attend the practice.

Urgent Appointments

The practice offers urgent appointments with both the GP or the Advanced Nurse Practitioner, which are bookable on the day.

If you feel you need to be seen urgently, please tell the Receptionist, who will arrange for you to be seen as soon as possible.

Our Receptionists are under instruction to obtain sufficient information as to whether an urgent appointment is necessary.

This may not necessarily be with the Doctor of your choice.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the appointment to someone else. You can cancel by replying “cancel” to your text message reminder, online, or by phone.

We have access to Routine appointments and repeat prescriptions through our online Patient Access Portal. For online logins please ask at reception.
